Sarnia Language Exchange

About us

We are a community of Sarnia-Lambton neighbours who believe learning a language is the best excuse to get to know each other.

Sarnia Language Exchange

Our story

Sarnia Language Exchange started with a simple idea: put someone who wants to practise English at the same table as someone who wants to learn Spanish, and see what happens.

What happened was a community. Today we welcome newcomers, students, families, retirees and professionals every week, sharing languages, recipes, music and tips for living in the region.

Our values

Reciprocal

We all teach and we all learn. Nobody is just a student.
